User Journey Scope: Full Funnel (Industry Trade Show Interception & Print Media → Digital Platform Engagement → Sales Collateral & Conversion)

Executive Summary

As RFL Electronics evolved its product engineering strategy toward adaptable, future-proof communications and data transmission solutions, the company required a comprehensive rebrand to communicate this technological shift. The objective was to modernize the brand identity and align all customer-facing touchpoints—from physical trade show environments to digital platforms—with the “new RFL.”

Serving across Strategy, UX, and Creative Direction, I led the end-to-end rebranding program and its high-impact launch at RFL’s primary industry trade show. The effort encompassed creating a new visual identity, tagline, product labels, and messaging hierarchy; designing an immersive trade show booth experience; executing a website redesign; and producing supporting print advertising campaigns and sales collateral. To ensure long-term consistency, a master design system, brand guidelines, and component delivery framework were developed concurrently.
