Bausch + Lomb
Enterprise Digital Ecosystem Redesign & Repository Pitch
Role: Art Director
Core Domain: Enterprise Digital Strategy, Design Systems, Information Architecture, Enterprise Pitch Strategy
User Journey Scope: Internal Operations & Admin Experience (Monitoring, Asset Management, Site Management) → Consumer Journey (Unified Product Experience)
Executive Summary
As Art Director for this high-stakes new business pitch, I led the digital design strategy and experience architecture to solve a critical enterprise operational bottleneck for Bausch + Lomb. Managing hundreds of fragmented product microsites via static PowerPoint decks created severe tracking inefficiencies, brand compliance risks, and update delays across their vast product portfolio.
I conceptualized and designed a unified enterprise web platform and centralized management repository. The solution proposed migrating disparate microsites under a single enterprise design system umbrella, paired with a central internal hub for real-time site monitoring, global asset governance, search, and streamlined updates. I delivered comprehensive pitch materials—including executive deck designs, interactive portal UI wireframes and prototypes, enterprise site maps, and component library samples—that clearly demonstrated how Bausch + Lomb could eliminate fragmentation and scale brand operations.

Key Initiatives & Strategic Impact
A. Enterprise Ecosystem Consolidation & Design System Hub
- Unified Design System Architecture: Re-architected Bausch + Lomb’s fragmented network of hundreds of individual product microsites into a cohesive, scalable enterprise design system framework.
- Component Library & Scalability Samples: Created modular UI component libraries and system rules that showcased how individual product lines could maintain distinct brand identities while sharing a robust, unified code base.
- Information Architecture & Site Mapping: Developed full-scale enterprise site maps illustrating the migration path from legacy microsites to a streamlined, searchable domain architecture.
B. Internal Monitoring & Repository Portal UI
- Centralized Management Hub UI: Designed high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for an internal web portal enabling cross-functional teams to monitor, audit, and update all global site properties in real time.
- Global Search & Asset Governance: Built UX flows for advanced search and metadata tagging within the repository, allowing internal stakeholders to instantly locate assets, product information, and compliance status.
- Executive Pitch Deck & Pitch Strategy: Authored visually compelling, executive-level pitch presentations translating complex digital infrastructure problems into clear business value, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
Workflows & Governance
- Pitch Creative Leadership: Led the creative vision and visual storytelling for the pitch team, aligning strategy, design, and technical feasibility into a winning proposal.
- UX/UI Design & Prototyping: Produced end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and interactive click-through prototypes simulating both consumer-facing product pages and internal admin workflows.
- Engineering Alignment & System Delivery: Partnered with technical leads to ensure proposed design system components and repository architecture could be efficiently deployed across enterprise CMS environments.
