Working closely with Facebook and an internal team, we created one of the first Facebook Canvas ads in their category. Several key brand messages being told throughout the narrative in this ad.
The first was to promote the extensive amount of breakfast offerings that you can get only at IHOP. Secondly, the foods were paired with moments, both big and small that can happen to anyone, at any time. Third, whether it's losing your first tooth or a date night, IHOP is the place to go to sit and celebrate, and make these moments better any time of day or night.
Users were encourage to take one of two paths, day or night, where after their selection they were able to view video of different offerings and select moments paired with each. At the end of the story, Users were given the option to go back and watch the path they didn't originally choose, or to find their favorite IHOP. Driving directions would then appear in their browser,
